Sender ID, transmission report, zone? Here are the most important fax terms, each one explained in a single sentence. Let's get started. The sender ID is the sender line at the top of every fax, such as your company name, and you set it in your account. The transmission report is the PDF you receive after every fax: with fax ID, recipient, pages, cost and result. Sent means the fax was handed over to the fax network. Delivered means it was fully transmitted to the receiving machine. Whether it was read, no fax can show you. The zone determines the price. In zone one, such as the EU, Switzerland and the US, the first page costs one euro, and twenty cents for each additional page. Other countries cost double. Every document page is one fax page. Your balance is the amount you top up in advance, with no subscription and no base fee. Email-to-fax means you fax by email, but only from approved senders, meaning addresses you have approved. And finally, an honest note: mcpfax only sends, receiving faxes is not possible. You'll find the link in the description. Subscribe to the channel for more step-by-step guides.
